Liquitex Acrylic Varnishes made from 100% acrylic polymer emulsions form durable permanent films when dry They have excellent flexibility and resistance to chemicals water abrasion and ultraviolet radiation and can be used to provide lasting protection for artwork Liquitex Acrylic Varnishes are available in a variety of finishes including Gloss Matte High Gloss and Satin __Gloss__ delivers permanent highlydurable protection that is nonyellowing and flexible when dry It is watersoluble when wet and can be thinned __Matte__ is a medium viscosity varnish that provides a satiny nonglare lowsheen final coat and intensifies dull colors without drastically reducing color depth It is watersoluble when wet and can be thinned __High Gloss__ is a low viscosity permanent waterbased varnish that produces a clear highgloss finish Translucent when wet and clear when dry it increases the gloss depth and intensity of colors It provides a longer working time to eliminate drag bubbles and cloudiness Sandable and nontacky when dry it is an excellent adhesive for collage and similar techniques __Satin__ is a clear nonyellowing varnish with a satin finish It is AP nontoxic__Note__ — Acrylic polymer varnishes permanently adhere to the surface and are not removable If you must be able to remove the varnish at a later date use a nonpolymer varnish such as Liquitex Soluvar Varnish Polymer varnishes are not for use with oil paintings
