Made of sturdy material, fuse backed safety, this is a must for any person who loves their outdoor string lights! Please Note: If the loading power is higher than 265-Watt, the safety fuse will break resulting in the dimmer automatically turning off. Should this happen, follow these steps: Step 1 - Unplug the plug. Step 2 - Ensure that the power is less than 265-Watt. Step 3 - Restart the dimmer after 10 minutes. Compatible with all dimmable light bulbs up to 265-Watt! For reference a typical 15 socket LED string light pulls 30W (2W/bulb), 15 socket incandescent 165-Watt, 24 socket LED pulls 48-Watt and 24 incadescent (for you Costco string light owners) pulled 264-Watt.
