Chamomile blossoms: can be beneficial in many cases
Lemon balm leaves: are mild and easily digestible and have a pleasant taste
Lactobacillus acidophilus: is a natural resident of the digestive tract and can convert lactose into lactic acid.
Advantages of the tyndallization process: Live bacteria are inactivated by heat treating the liquid cultures at 56°C for 30 minutes. During tyndallization, we heat the bacteria so gently that their ability to reproduce is switched off. However, their proteins and biological properties remain largely intact.
